Committing into a relationship is
no joke at all. As the old adage says “It
takes two to tango.” There is no perfect
formula on how a relationship last, but certainly there are some effective ways
to make a relationship work.
If you want your relationship to
work and last longer, apply T.L.C. Yes!
TLC could mean tender loving care but it could also be trust, love &
communication.
Trust. This means you don’t to have to be
jealous. You may say jealousy is normal,
but it is not. When there is jealousy in
a relationship, trust for both parties may be tainted.
Love. When you love somebody, you think of the
other person's happiness. It shouldn’t
be because he/she makes you happy. Love
should be unconditional. You allow
yourself to be part of someone’s life and accept someone into your life. This
means you care and you share.
Communication. “Actions speak louder than words”. But would it be better that you act and speak
how you feel toward a person? Open
communication allows you to listen and comprehend the thoughts and feelings of the
other person and vice-versa.
